Have A Very Merry Christmas at SM Supermalls Nationwide This Holiday Season

SM Supermalls, the country's first and largest chain of shopping centers, rings in the holiday season with its biggest, grandest, and best celebration yet. Since 1985, SM Supermalls have been some of the Philippines' favorite shopping, dining, and leisure centers, where friends and family come together to share and create memories that last a lifetime.

This year, from November 7, 2014, the company unveils its most exciting Christmas extravaganza. The campaign will be kicked off at the company's first shopping mall, SM City North EDSA, with a royal ball titled “The Princess in Me." Guests and shoppers alike will be treated to a dazzling display for all the senses with the lighting of a majestic Christmas tree made of gowns. Held in partnership with the iconic toy brand Barbie, the event's guests will also be able to look forward to a display of rare and unique dolls, as well as a princess-themed float parade.

Keeping true to the spirit of togetherness during the holidays, celebrity families like the Kramers, Laurels, and Muraoka-Rabagos will also share their cherished traditions and how they celebrate their holiday cheer.

The grand launch, however, is only the first of many festivities to come. Shoppers and guests are encouraged to take part in the wide variety of events, activities, and promotions set to be held at each of the SM Supermalls locations, from the unveiling of uniquely themed Christmas trees designed to impart each mall with a holiday spirit, to Christmas parades, concerts, meet-and-greets, musical and theatrical performances, specialty bazaars, and awe-inspiring fireworks and sound displays.

Shoppers will also get the chance to win prizes every week when they share images of the malls, events and activities tagged with #MerrySMChristmas on social media.

Every facet of the Filipino Christmas will be translated into one of the SM Supermalls' exciting lineup of activities set for the coming months. More than just a destination for some of the country's best shopping, dining, and leisure options, SM Supermalls will also help visitors share in the spirit of giving with its newest initiative, the SM Cares Bears. Available across all SM Supermalls, shoppers can purchase a pair of the SM Cares Bears for donation to any one of the specially chosen charities and beneficiaries unique to each SM Supermalls location.
