AXA Philippines holds first management trainee boot camp.
AXA, one of the leading insurance companies in the country, recently conducted its first management trainee program for students from top universities to help equip them with the critical skills needed for success.
Dubbed AXA Bootcamp and held at the Manila Peninsula in Makati City, activities in the three-day workshop included a kick-off dinner with the AXA senior management team, a volunteer activity, and hands-on training through fun, simulation-based exercises.
The program will provide students the opportunity to be offered exciting careers at AXA Philippines.
